       Parent & Family Data: Applies to parents and family members participating in community learning events, admissions, and emergency contacts.

       Hub Personnel: Applies to teaching mentors, hub heroes, campus administrative staff, security guards, and transport personnel.

Third-Party Contractors: Applies to campus contractors, transport GPS vendors, CCTV maintenance teams, and software providers.

Physical & Digital Security: Physical health files and admission forms are stored in locked cabinets. Digital campus systems are protected by encryption and passwords.

CCTV Security Monitoring: CCTV cameras operate strictly in public campus areas and entry gates for child safety. Footage is automatically overwritten after 30 days unless required for incident investigation.

Transport Safety Tracking: Vehicle GPS tracking is restricted strictly to monitoring student safety during transit to and from the Hub campus.

No Commercial Profiling: The Hub strictly prohibits behavioral tracking, commercial profiling, or advertising directed at children.

Data Minimization: Campus data collection is strictly limited to information required for education, physical safety, emergency health, and regulatory obligations.
